HACCP self-monitoring

The inspection is coming.
Your record is one click away.

Zenith runs your operation's entire self-monitoring in one place: temperatures, cleaning, goods-in, inspections and training. Captured every day in the daily flow — and one click away from an inspection-ready record in LMI-010 format.

The problem

A binder that only counts on inspection day.

Most kitchens keep their self-monitoring on paper — or not at all. Lists get filled in after the fact, temperatures estimated, missing entries only noticed when the food inspector is at the door.

That costs time in service, nerves for the chef, and in the worst case the grade in the inspection report. The effort is real, the record at the end still patchy.

Zenith turns that around: the documentation is created where the work happens, and is complete every single day — not the night before the visit.

Most HACCP apps are digital forms. Zenith delivers the inspection-ready record — built by a chef with HACCP Level 4.

What changes

Four things you feel from day one.

Inspection-ready every day

Every temperature, every clean, every training is captured in the moment. The record grows in the daily flow — ready before the inspector rings.

Less effort, not more

Capture on tablet or phone in seconds. Overdue tasks carry themselves forward — no one has to hunt for a list or backfill at night.

Gap-free records

Missed tasks, closed days and corrective actions stay visible and documented — instead of disappearing into paper.

Responsibility visible

Every entry carries a name and a shift. If it matters, it's traceable who checked what and when — clean for you, credible for the authority.

The record

One click. The whole inspection report.

At the touch of a button Zenith produces the self-monitoring record as an A4 PDF, aligned to the format of the St. Gallen food inspectorate (LMI 010). Deviations and unfinished tasks are marked red, every corrective action is on file. Any period you choose — from a single day to a whole year.

    Included in the record

  • Temperature checks with target range & deviations
  • Cleaning & shift tasks with confirmation
  • Missed tasks & responsible shift
  • Inspections with finding & action
  • Goods-in with temperature & acceptance
  • Staff training (LMI 018)
  • Closures & holidays

What's possible

The whole self-monitoring in one system.

01

Temperature checks

Per fridge, freezer and fresh unit with its own target range (LMI 010), automatic deviation detection and a guided corrective action.

02

Cleaning & shift tasks

Scheduled tasks with multiple time windows, confirmation per employee and automatic carry-forward as soon as something is overdue.

03

Goods-in & traceability

Delivery check with temperature, condition, supplier and an accept-or-reject decision — including corrective action on defects.

04

Inspections

Daily self-monitoring walk-throughs with pass/fail rating and directly linked corrective actions.

05

Staff training

Documented hygiene training (LMI 018, 7-point) with confirmation per person — the training record writes itself.

06

Gap & contradiction check

Zenith actively hunts for gaps: days with an obligation but no entry are flagged ("Was the outlet closed?"), and contradictions — such as records on a day marked closed — are surfaced for resolution. So the proof is genuinely gap-free.

07

Orders

Supplier and product catalogue; orders are grouped per supplier and sent straight by email.

Beta
08

PIN access

Server-checked PIN login, separated for management and staff. No shared password, no notes on the pinboard.

09

Automatic temperature logging

Optional wireless probes capture temperatures around the clock and report deviations on their own — no manual reading.

In development

Who it's for

Zenith is configurable: stations, equipment, target values and tasks are set to your operation — without custom programming and without you adapting to a foreign system.

Part of Triarc

Zenith is one of four Triarc instruments. They share a design language and are built to interlock — capture data once, use it many times. Step by step, the instruments connect into one continuous operating layer:

Why Zenith

Zenith comes from a chef with HACCP Level 4 — and additionally a HACCP and ISO 14001 auditor, SHIPSAN certified and USPH trained — who ran WEF catering in Davos under ISO 9001/14001 and digitised the hygiene and purchasing systems at Waldhaus Flims. Lived hygiene practice — cast into software.

Swiss standard

Aligned to the format of the cantonal food inspectorate (LMI 010 / 018).

Useful every day

Helps in daily operations — not just on inspection day.

Set to your operation

Configurable per kitchen, without an expensive custom build.

No more paper

No lost binder, no lists filled in after the fact.
